Cybersecurity in Digital Europe

The Digital Europe Programme (DEP) aims to drive forward the digital transformation in Europe and strengthen the digital sovereignty of the European Union, promote innovation and maximize the benefits of the digital transformation for citizens and companies (SMEs).

In order to achieve the goals set, the "Digital Europe" program plans to invest a total of EUR 7.6 billion in the following areas:

  • Supercomputing
  • Artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Cybersecurity
  • Development of digital skills
  • Support for the digitalization of companies and public administrations
